Drag & Drop Divs & Save the changes in db.

Question

 I'm supposed to drag/drop/redorder 5 divs (i.e., arranging them ascending/descending/side-by-side).

Firstly, DIV-1 is not at all taking the new position apart from being just dragged.

Secondly, How to rearrange these divs.

Thirdly, Drag-Drop not working after server call means after view / partial view is reloaded. 

Finally, save the changes and open in the same manner on next login.

Please Assist!
