Drag & Drop in table? depend on dB valu?

Question

I created 6 rows & 6 column .i can drag drop the name from  dopdownlist in any cell of table .

 

there are 7 dropdown list ech list contain names ,thart name come from DataBase.

 

I can't  know implement?
