Can we draw a line in C# using line command only without passing Pen ?

When you say the 'line' command I assume you mean the Graphics.DrawLine method. If so then you can't draw line without passing a 'Pen' argument because as you'll see from the documentation all four overloads of this method require a Pen object: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.drawing.graphics.drawline.aspx
