Drawing text on any place on picturebox letter by letter

Hello I search code in vb.net to text in a drawing to give this letter by letter at any place on the drawing. Sorry for my poor English.

So you want to click on a position on a image in a picturebox then type text and have text appear character at a time similar to mspaint

Sorry but I look more like the textmodule in Paint enter text in the drawing not work with coordinates. Click on a place in the drawing and start entering text.
