Drop down menu slowly comes down and slow goes up..

Question

Hi all I have a drop down menu to select the city..when i click on itit slowly opens and after selecting the city it slowly closes away..what is the problem?

Can you create a small sample of the problem? It will help if you can provide a sample that is the minimum necessary that shows the problem. There are two advantages to doing that. First it makes it much easier to provide the small sample in a forum discussion such as here. It is also easier for others to help you if hte amount of code is small. Also there is a good chance you will solvet the problem yourself if you do that. I have. You might think I am being unreasonable and that it will take too much time to write a separate sample of the problem but it is something I have done in the past and I have even solved my own problems that way.
