DropDownList with Checkbox User control for Asp.net 2.0

Question

Hi I am searching DropDownList containing checkboxes including the functionalyt of Select/Deselect all items. Please remember I need this user control to work for ASP.Net 2.0. I already got this control for framework 3.5 or above. Your help will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
