DropDownList with TextBox

Hi I am working in ADO.NET and i want to use DropDownlist with TextBox. How can we insert update data in DropDownList using TextBox in sqlserver and asp.net.

After saving the values to do DB table you need to rebind the dropdownlist with new records...
