Duplicate items are not supported by the "Resources" parameter error when building project

Question

I am getting the following error that i cannot fix. I have found some things to try, but nothing seems to work.

Error 1 The item "obj\Debug\Legacy_SW_Research.frmProjectProfile.resources" was specified more than once in the "Resources" parameter. Duplicate items are not supported by the "Resources" parameter.

I am trying things listed in this URL, but again not having any luck.
