Hi Am in a windows application(C#) where i need to rotatemovepan for the loaded DWG file through CODE.Is that possible?? Priya

Check out OpenDesign.com which is an organisation which purpose is to open the DWG format. You can buy both C++ toolkits and a COM library (COM dlls) which enables you to edit a dwg file.
