Dynamic accordian and accordain pane & selected indexchnnge

Hi,
 Please give suggestion for process like below image dynamically from database.
I have chapters in accordian headers and on click of each chapter, there are topics
based on chapter and on click of topics i want to bind a list of topics outside accordian.
please give me suggetions , may i use nested datalist or accordian.
