Dynamic cursors are opposite to Static cursors. Static cursors are the cursors that store complete resultset in tempdb when the cursor is opened. But it will not fetch the results that are inserted after the cursor is opened. Dynamic cursors gets all the changes by scrolling the data one by one so that any new inserted data still be fetched by the dynamic cursor.
