Dynamic table content update only after second click

I have a dynamic table on the Page_Init   and the content is taken from SQL DataBase.

 

on a button click I am doing an update on the sql and I want to see the updates on the dynamic table.

however, I can see the changes only after the second click.

 

what is my problem?
