Dynamically display the image in crystal report vb.net

hi
i developed the crystal report in vb.net
in that i  know to insert display the image statically
at the moment while running the crytal report,
i want display the image in dynamically

by using of OLE Object we can achieve this concept but not sure about that

can anyone give the solution
