Enable DataBase Mail in SQL Server 2005

Question

I want to configure the database mail in SQL Server 2005
For that i want to enable the Database Mail.
i Referred the article from the link

http://www.db-staff.com/index.php/microsoft-sql-server/90-configure-database -mail

But in my system i'm not having the Database Mail Option in SQL Sever 2005.
In Surface Area Configuration is Like this.

Might SMTP not running. Thanks Abhimanyu I connected to Outlook. The article u posted is used to configure sql2008. But i'm having sql2005 only.

Thanks u Jaganathan I already refered this article. I'm not Having the Database Mail option in SQL 2005. To enable the database mail is done in SQL Server Surface Area Configuration.
