Enabling check boxes depending upon checkbox condition

Question

I have a checkbox in that 1-15 numbers  are i filled. And i have 1 groupbox in that i have 15 check boxes. now if i select 1 number like 6 then 6 checkboxes should be enable in the group box. now friends please help me to write code.
