Error installing Microsoft visual studio 2012

Question

hello I downloaded Microsoft visual studio 2012 for windows 7 from this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=30678 But as i start to install it it gives the error error: Microsoft .Net framework 4.5 Fatal error during installation. even if i disable my Antivirus it gives the same error. can any one have the idea how to resolve this problem?

You just check log file or share it. You can turn off your firewall and check .
