Error project could't loaded
Hi everyone here me again need your help. I have project in c# Winform using Visual Studio 2013. The projects is done without a problem(like if you run the program/project) in my desktop computer. Now the problem is if i will copy the whole projects to my flash drive and trying to open again or i want to open my projects to my friend laptop with the same visual studio version in fact i'm the one installing the IDE in his laptop and even in my computer after re plug my flash drive. I got too many error like invalid resx file in xml format, expected encoding but found utf8, unclose xml tags and etc. The point is, why i got that error's that during my development the project goes well. Please help with this problem.
