Question

Hi in my code i have created a textbox that allows only numbersbut when i go to next control then it shows an error message input is not valid.Eventhough i haven't created an error provider control to that text box.How can i fix it? Can anyone help me please...?

Hi so create 3 text box key press event like bellow Try like private void textBox1_KeyPress(object sender KeyPressEventArgs e) { if (!char.IsControl(e.KeyChar) && !char.IsDigit(e.KeyChar) && (e.KeyChar != '.')) { e.Handled = true; } // only allow one decimal point if ((e.KeyChar == '.') && ((sender as TextBox).Text.IndexOf('.') > -1)) { e.Handled = true; } }

yes .. can you suggest me how i find this error. One thing i need to say is i haven't used any of the error provider to these controls

Hi Vivek In your form 4 form in screen shot. There are Name PhoneNoFaxNo and MobileNo. Please confirm which text box are you validate accept only number. ? I thnk this3 fields PhoneNoFaxNo and MobileNo. So pls created every textboxt contains keypress event. Are you do it same or not?

Hi sir I know the code to set but my problem is once i have set this code and removed the entire error provider codes.But while i write wnything in that textbox and goto next control then it show INPUT IS NOT VALIDI will show my design
