Exception of type 'System.Windows.Forms.AxHost+ InvalidActiveXStateException' was thrown.

Hai friends,
When i try to read data from a serial port am getting and excetion like this 'Exception of type 'System.Windows.Forms.AxHost+InvalidActiveXStateException' was thrown.', i am using axinterop.mscommlib and interop.mscommlib. Any body know reply me at the earliest.
