Executing a program at a specific time?

Hello I want to execute a button1_click program at a specific time.(Not with click) I know how to use with interval but I didnt find how to execute at every day 13:00 clock? How can I do execute this program everyday at 13:00 clock? Thanks.

You could write a windows service to synchronize the timer and then wake up your application at the appropriate time but I can't see the point when Windows does all this for you.
