hi, As your requirement you can't do it in rowcommand. what you have to do is pass the orderid by using query string to other page on redirect and catch the orderid in pageload of that page then pass the orderid to database to get the detail of the order.

i have a page where in there is a grid in which when i click on any row i get all its details in below panel.but now the scenario is i have another page where if i click on particular order i need to get redirected on this page and and show the details of that order with no gridview instead.it means i have to use the same function which is been used in the rowcommand. Although i know it cant be done as i tried it and i hv done it in another way also.but to be optimized i asked this.
