Hello Prasad, Yes i got your point. now check as below code which is converted html content to excel file. So just you have to do that your uploaded html file replace with html content. String HTMLContent = " your table "; Response.AppendHeader("content-disposition", "attachment;filename=ExportedHtml.xls"); Response.Charset = ""; Response.Cache.SetCacheability(HttpCacheability.NoCache); Response.ContentType = "application/vnd.ms-excel"; this.EnableViewState = false; Response.Write(HTMLContent); Response.End(); If as above answer helpful to you than please accept my answer. Dear Vicky, Thanks for Reading my post,but the scenario Ur answer was current web page html tags was converting into excel .but my scenario is uploading a html file using file upload button and after converting that html file to excel. That is the deference. Thanks and Regards Prasad Bhagat
