export data to excel file in aasp.net

hi I am working on .net 4.5 and i am getting some issue to export data to excel. I have a form witch contains questions and answer answers can cantains check boxes radio button or drop down list etc and i want this in a excel sheet. So please reply for the same ASAP. Warm Regards Piyush Kumar
