Export Outlook for Mac 2011 mails to Postbox Windows

Question

How can I Import emails from outlook 2011 that I run in macbook pro to postbox that is installed in windows system. I have almost 10 years worth of emails saved in outlook 2011 and have managed to save and arrange each mail in particular folders. How can I transfer all the emails safely from outlook 2011 to postbox windows along with the folders.

It seems too old question I hope you may find right answer for the same. Here is simple process for migration Import email from Outlook 2011 to Postbox Please Quit Postbox if it is currently running. In Outlook 2011 select the folder you wish to import into Postbox. Go to Edit | Select All to select all of the message in the folder. Drag and drop the selected messages into a temporary folder in a Mac Finder window. This will export the messages to eml files. Outlook 2011 shows no progress during this operation and it may take a long time depending on the number of messages. Open Postbox and install the Import/Export Add-on from http://postbox-inc.com/extensions After installing the add-on use the Import All eml files from a directory menu item to import the eml files in the folder you dropped them into. OLM file is data file for Mac Outlook to store information same as PST file is for Windows Outlook. Unfortunately there is no manual option to import olm file into Outlook on a Windows system. Outlook 2011 and Postbox both use different email file formats so we cannot just simply import and export emails from one email client to the other. These file formats need to be converted to the specific email file format supported by the email client to which we are importing the mail data. As Outlook 2011 saves/exports its emails in .olm format and postbox can import .mbox files its preferable to look for olm to mbox converter.
