exporting data from excel sheet to sql server 2005

hi i have some data in excel sheet i want to export that data to sql server 2005 using c# can any body help me in this?

Hi May i know why do you want to bring this C# into the picture? SQL Server has somany utilitties/tools to perform the same job with minimal code.
