External API integration.

Question

 Hello,

       I want to integrate an external API which will check whether a given address (entered in a textbox in a local simple web application)  is a fraudulent one or not. I'm new to the section of API integration in asp.net. I'm using visual studio 2010. So please provide me a valid API and the codes also which will directly interact with this API and do the task accordingly.
