facebook login automatically

Question

Dear Everyone, Good Morning! There are some questions regarding facebook. 1.We use client id and secret key to integrate asp.net page with facebook page.But when use this page,first of all we need to login facebook page.If we are not able to login,we are not able to send message.Is it possible to login without username and password into facebook when we have client id and secret key? 2.What is lasting of Client id and secret key in facebook? Please help me as early as possible, I am stuck with the above questions.
