LEADTOOLS toolkits can help you do this easily (Disclaimer: I work for LEAD). You can specify a region and then apply image processing operations on that region without affecting the remaining pixel data of the image. Thanks for reply. My problem is i want skip some portion Try to explain in better word. I have one picture box and i wrote code in mouse_move event. Now user move mouse pointer that area need to covert in B/W. Sorry for my bad English. Thanks
