Feeling awkward !!!!!!!!!!!
Visual Studio 2015,
new project -> Visual C# -> Web -> ASP.net Core Web Application (.NET Core) -> Web Application (Authentication is No Authentication) -> OK
there are folders of Controllers and Views, but Models folder is missing.
