fetch data through employee_code in textbox...

Question

hi...

I have two textboxes called  txtemployee_code and txtname.  and  i have a sql procedure where if i enter employee_code and execute the procedure i can get the employee_code and name.

what i want to do is after enter  employee_code in txtemployee_code field and press tab key then name will show in the txtname field

please someone help me to get the answer.....
