file downloader and save them in user defined folder

Question

i want to build a page in which i can enter a date,month and year and when i clicked the download button so that it will generate a link related with the date i enter and download the file in the user defined folder.

 

i have made a page to download but wont be able to directly save them in user defined folder

please help
