Kritika best do it in stored procedure like bellow now. Thank god it's solved. Previous code also works fine but it is recommended to follow the stored procedure not for byte array for any kind of data.

Tell me why you are using Method as byte[]. It's working actually which I posted earlier. when i insert the parameter to the sql table the error will occur. Implicit conversion from datatype varchar to varbinary is not allowed error will occur in cmd.executenonquery() line.

See whenever you are inserting this byte array it will go as string for that you have to explicitly specify the database type see the example bellow. hi in sql table i create the field for store byte array in a data type varbinary(max).when i insert the bytearray buffer to the sql table I have an error like Error : Implicit conversion from data type varchar to varbinary(max) is not allowed. Use the CONVERT function to run this query.
