File Uploader without Postback

Question

Hi In my application I need file uploader in Modal Popup Extender which is in Update Panel. As File Up Loader require full postback to upload the file as use triggers for Update panel. Due to trigger all page get post back on Upload Button Click. Is there any way to upload file without Post back. Any help appreciated Thanks. Regards Vikram

Thanks Suthish Actually I want to Use this Control inside User Control. I tried it but OnUploadComplete Event is not firing inside User Control. My User Control is inside the Update Panel. Is there any problem due to Update Panel. Regards Vikram
