file uploading error in sharepoint 2010

Question

i am using sharepoint 2010

i am having error when i am trying to upload pdf file ( see in attached file )

error is
" value doest not fall within the expected range.Sorry for inconvience,please try later"

help me because its only making problem with " PDF Files"

not with other files to be uploaded  like ".doc,txt " and so on

in past every thing was working fine .... even with PDF files

Hi Please try the following Go to SharePoint 2010 Central Administration > Application Management > Manage Web Applications Select the row of your web application Click General Settings in the ribbon Scroll down to Browser File Handling and select Permissive Click Ok
