Hai friends .
I have a doubt in file.. actually my requirement is i have a one .txt file ..in that file there r somany lines of text but i want only some data in each line and that line is send to access database ...
pls helpme..
here i will uploaad .txt file in that fike i have 46 char to 70 chars text only...

You can use the below code to check the value from text file. string strTextLine = string .Empty; StreamReader strReader; string strConString = string .Empty; strReader = new StreamReader ( @D:\Muthu\Tech\Cmd Prompt.txt ); while (strTextLine != null ) { strTextLine = strReader.ReadLine(); if (! string .IsNullOrEmpty(strTextLine)) { //Here you have add ur condition to retrive ur appropriate value to access database. strConString = strTextLine; } } strReader.Close();
