If you are looking for authenticated users you will have to check that when users logs into the website. You need to put a counter in the Application State and store number of logged in users. When a user logs out you need to decrease the number and when a new user logs in you need to increase the counter. If you do not know how to use the application state in ASP.NET please search this website on home page for Application state. You will see many samples.
