How hard would you say your first job was in .NET? There are times I feel over whelmed and there are times that I feel I could do anything in .NET? When do you think you had a good grasp on being a .NET Developer?

This is natural Marc. I say 3 years is a good time frame when you feel confident and secure. Before that depending on the projects you will always find something new and need to learn.
