Flash Player not supported in Android Phone camera

Question

Hi , 

 

I have create web application which work is to capture images from web camera and stored it on given folder.its working fine but when i am trying to open application  from my mobile it show that flash player is not installed.

so what i have to do so that so that application run through mobile .
