Focus comboBox to first line

Question

Hello:
I have loaded my comboBox and it looks good.
 
BUT... I would like the first value to show in the box. I guess I have to load the comboBox.Text to the first value. How do I do that?
comboBoxProfile_ID.Text = comboBoxProfile_ID.Items.____;
