I agree with everyone else, you'll be asked about the fundamentals of both C# language and .NET framework. Additionally note that on some interviews you may end up having to solve some programming test(s). This is rather common practice, for this I suggest you to take a look at these programming aptitude tests . Practice with them, try them out and see how well you can solve them.

Hi Vivek, They are mostly from OOPs, Framework basics and sometimes ADO.NET etc. If it's for Web, they may ask about response/request calls end to end and also asp.net basics.

HI vivek as far as dot net fresher is concerned.try to learn C#.NET,ASP.NET basics thorougly and some basic programs from the basics you learn.This is enough.BE very confident in what you answer and respond clearly to the questions what interviewer ask dont give vague answers,Simple and crisp answers are more enough.
