When you apply and get the job you start out with small things at first. one of those things will be maintenance and Debugging othere developers coding. Can anyone give me examples of things like this so i can try it out please anything.

That is a very useful skill and it is good that you understand the value of developing it. You are being very practical. Unfortunately the resources to do that are not easy to find. What you need to find is messy sloppy code written by someone that uses a trial-and-error method to try to develop programs and therefore it is vulnerable to errors that are not obvious. Code like that is less likely to be made available. There is likley an abundance of bad code that needs to be debugged but it is likely to be difficult to find. An important thing to learn is the debugger you are going to use. You posted this question in the JQuery forum; do you know what it is? Pobably not. This web site specializes in Microsoft technologies and the Microsoft IDE is Visual Studio. Assuming you are looking for work using VS you should learn to use the debugger in it. Look for articles and other resources about the VS debugger. That should be a good resource for finding examples of tings that need debugging. There are sites in which people need help developing programs and sometimes they need help debugging something. You could look in sites like that but I am not sure where that would be. You could look at previous questions in these forums and forums such as this. Also note that if you want to communicate with Americans don't say fresher; say beginner instead. Most Americans don't know that fresher means beginner.
