if you r talking about c-sharpcorner then ya... just go to anyone's account there you will find add as a friend at right side... supppose this is my account: http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/Authors/AuthorDetails.aspx?AuthorID=diya0076 there you will find that option.. same for other users!
