From Combo Box to GroupBox (C# Win. App)

Question

HI! Im new in here... and i really really hope you can help me with this. I have 8 Combo Boxes and i want, as i select an item on each, that the content selected will be copied into a GroupBox (that's inside a Panel) How do i do that? Please let me know! thanks,
