Gap in services not hired/ignored?

Hi People for some reasons may have gap in services.. Is it true that its difficult for them to get jobs in future?

It's right Mahesh Sir. How can we mention that thing in resume. It can be discuss personaly to HR whenever he/she make a call otherwise how can explain? If suppose one is unemployee. His/Her resume did not shortlist in big companies so should he/she join a small company or wait for call from big companies? looking for response. Thanks

Suma did you do anything during that period? You can write the issue such as emergency or personal projects or freelancing. If they ask you about the gap you should honestly tell them.

Yes. I have faced this one. Your resume kept aside and not shortlisted for interview. They think that you are fired so you are unemployee. Company don't think personal and social problems.

Mahesh Sir Yes honesty takes you a long way but its hard to explain and even if we tell the truth how to convince the same And the sad thing is such candidates get fewer or no callsexplaining is secondary
