Generate Dynamic Link Over Dynamically generated Menu Items

My name is Akshay Suthar,  I need help to get the C# code to Generate Dynamic Link Over Dynamically generated Menu Items. I have generated dynamic menus and click event on same, but not able to link.

If you have already data in html form you can leave it in html itself?

Use NuGet Closed.XML package to generate Excel. It's fairly easy to use, and you'll find lot of tutorials online for that.
