Sorry if the question is stupied but i didnt found a way to dinamicly generate java script. What <asp: tag i should use ? or is there a way to insert server generated content on a random position in the html without specifying buttons, lebels etc but just clear html. Thanks for your time.

CSharpBoy, it does not do the same thing. RegisterStartupScript will create script that is automatically called onLoad - Sami

dafixer Use the code behind page to generate the script. There are a few methods provided by the Page class the will do it. Here is an example: Page.RegisterClientScriptBlock("MyScript"," alert('You look marvelous'); "); This writes the script into the Response Stream that is returned to the client. Another Page class method that will do the same thing is RegisterStartupScript

You could use which is a control with no default output (it doesn't output any tags). All it will render is what you type in the text property of that control. What do you mean by random position?
