generating random number

i want to generate a random number which contain mmyy from date of birthIND and and rest a random number.... my data is stored in database..i have to retrieve it from sqlserver..

To create random Random random = new Random (); int i = random.Next(min max); min low integer max high integer So i will be random integer between min and max
