Two Type ID Generation

1.Center Name By
Textbox Name Enter New Delhi - ID Generation Ex: - ND001, ND002……
And
Next Time other Center Name (Dhanbad) Enter - Change ID Generation Ex: - DH001, DH002……

2.Center ID By
Dropdown List Center ID Select (ND001) –Next ID Generation Ex: - ND001A, ND001B, ND001B

you should use IDENTITY keyword. IdentityColumn int IDENTITY ( 1  1 ) NOT NULL here you can increment number according to you.
