get another table column value on gridview click event.

Question

i have a form with gridview and textbox in gridview i have table(bookmaster) data. now if i click on gridview row the respective book id book stock should be displayed in the textbox. but my problem is bookstock column is available in another table i.e bookstock. so how to retrieve that data in click event??

You have to apply join between Bookmaster table and Bookstock table on the basis of book id in sql query.
