Get hire Date for all users from Active directory

I want to retrieve hire date of every user from Active directory. How can I achieve this? using c# share point 2013

First you need to write a program that connects to LDAP directory like if the employee code is 12345 and his domain password is asdf . You need to code that first and then login with that domain credentials once it is login that means you had connected to LDAP directory successfully . After that you can easily get the hire date
